Embrace diverse perspectives
The growth of the field of international higher education necessitates the inclusion and understanding of diverse perspectives. While the task is challenging and wide-ranging, it is crucial for the development of a more comprehensive and inclusive understanding of the field.
As the field grows, there are more and more different perspectives that are represented. But that in itself is a lot of work, let alone knowing and understanding faculty issues and understanding students, nobody can really do all of that.
